Our Mission

Theater Ninjas was founded to create accessible and entertaining live performance while attracting new and young audiences to the theater.

We perform original works and interpretations that draw on elements of film, dance, improvisation, physical theater, graphic novels and music.

We offer a chance for up-and-coming Cleveland artists to develop their craft while providing affordable experiences that entertain, provoke and excite multiple generations of Clevelanders.

We are Theater Ninjas.

Meet Some Ninjas

Jeremy Paul - Artistic Director
Jeremy Paul is a Cleveland director, designer and performer. Over the past few years, Jeremy has worked in multiple capacities with The Cleveland Play House, Great Lakes Theater Festival, Cleveland Public Theatre, Beck Center for The Arts, Karamu House, Ingenuity Festival, Dobama’s Night Kitchen, Ensemble Theater, Cleveland Shakespeare Festival, Red Hen Productions and his own theater company, the Theater Ninjas. Recent directing credits include Peripheral Visions, The Leader, Prof. Taranne, Aphrodisiac, This Is Our Youth, Sunspots, and Pounding Nails Into the Floor with My Forehead. Jeremy is the founder and president of First Cut Studios Inc., and a graduate of Wesleyan University in Connecticut.

Faye Hargate - Associate Artistic Director
Faye is a local actor and educator.  In addition to her work with Theater Ninjas, her regional credits include Great Lakes Theater Festival Outreach Tour, Cleveland Public Theatre, TITLEWave Theatre, and Ingenuity Festival.  Specializing in physical theater, Faye teaches improvisation and movement workshops for adults and children.  Faye received her training at Ecole Jacques Lecoq, and has also trained with Cleveland's Inlet Dance Theatre.  She graduated from Bowdoin College with a B.A. in Religious Studies and Theater.  Faye is also a member of Ici Et La, an international performance group which performed its original piece, Georgette Goes To The Supermarket, in Portugal and France last year.
